Capcom has officially confirmed that Elena—the vibrant dancer from Kenya, known from previous entries in the series—will join the Street Fighter 6 roster on June 5. Her arrival coincides with two major events: the game’s release on Nintendo Switch 2 and the launch of the new Years 1-2 Fighters Edition, which includes all fighters from the first two years of support.

A master of capoeira, Elena combines graceful movements with a spiritual connection to nature, making her fighting style truly unique. Developers will soon unveil a gameplay trailer, showcasing her updated techniques and special mechanics.

Elena will be available for purchase separately with Fighter Coins, while subscribers of the Year 2 Character Pass or Ultimate Pass will receive her automatically on release day.

Street Fighter 6 is already available on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, and PC (Steam).
