A fresh update for life simulation game InZOI is now live, bringing players a host of new content for both character and home customization, as well as various tweaks aimed at improving gameplay balance. While relatively small in scope, the patch lays the groundwork for a more stable and enjoyable experience.
The update expands the character editor with additional hairstyles, outfits, and accessories, giving players more freedom when crafting their ideal avatars. Meanwhile, the building system has been enriched with new surface textures and elements for interior design. Players can now access a greater variety of wall, floor, ceiling, and roof styles, along with new options for doors, windows, and shorter staircases, enhancing creative possibilities for home building.

Other adjustments aim to reduce player fatigue in daily maintenance. Homes and lots now become dirty at a slower rate, easing the burden of cleaning. Emotional states have been rebalanced — mood changes will only occur when two or more emotional points are triggered, making ZOI behavior more predictable. Hunger frequency has also been reduced, allowing more time between meals.
Main improvements in the patch:
- New hairstyles, outfits, and accessories added to the character editor;
- More wall, floor, ceiling, and roof textures, plus new stairs, doors, and windows;
- Reduced frequency of dirt buildup on homes and lots;
- Rebalanced emotional reactions and hunger rates;
- New banner in the lobby displays fresh content at a glance.
A major content update is expected in May, while this patch helps polish the foundations of InZOI.
