Set to release on April 2, Last Epoch 's Season 2: Tombs of the Erased promises sweeping changes and exciting additions. Eleventh Hour Games has shared a detailed trailer highlighting the scope of this monumental update.

This season introduces the enigmatic "Weavers," whose influence was previously teased through in-game items. Players can unlock their abilities via a specialized skill tree, enabling timeline manipulation within monoliths during advanced stages of gameplay. A new feature called "Woven Echoes" delves deeper into the lore surrounding this intriguing faction.

Newly accessible locations like forgotten tombs and haunted cemeteries await exploration, packed with challenging adversaries, elite champions bearing unique modifiers, and generous loot drops. These trials are tailored for players who crave high-stakes action.

Based on player input, essential adjustments were made. Mastery specializations no longer require creating a fresh character when switching paths, thanks to increased flexibility. Meanwhile, the Sentinel class received a comprehensive revamp, featuring refined abilities, optimized passive trees, heightened agility, and fortified defenses to accommodate diverse strategies.

Other highlights include a revamped inventory interface, preliminary support for WASD controls, instant-access boss keys following dungeon completions, and polished endgame systems designed to enhance convenience.
