Riot Games has revealed new skins for Gragas, Neeko, Trundle, and Sivir, in honor of the League of Legends' 15th anniversary.

Each skin is connected to important aspects of the community. Neeko will have a cosplay skin, Trundle will become an esports fan, and Sivir will get the "Ann-Sivir-sary" skin — a reference to a similar skin for Annie that was released five years ago for the game's anniversary.

Gragas, on the other hand, will appear as a fan of the virtual K-pop group K/DA. The community noted the humorous contrast emphasized by Riot Games: Gragas, a large and unkempt character with burping sound effects, hardly fits the vibe of a girl K-pop group like K/DA.

This isn't the first time Riot Games has played with such humor. The "Star Guardian" skin line featured Urgot, another "ugly" character, despite the fact that the rest of the skin line was exclusively for "magical girls". That idea was formed by the community. While jokes about Gragas joining K/DA were less frequent, the idea of giving popular skins to heroes who don't match typical trends has been a common topic of discussion.
