Battlestate Games has released an updated roadmap outlining the features of upcoming patches for Escape from Tarkov and Escape from Tarkov: Arena through the end of 2024.

For Escape from Tarkov, three updates are planned. Patch 0.15.4 will move the game to the Unity 2022 engine, and testing for this update has already begun. Patch 0.15.5 will introduce the ability to interact with inventory and the hideout during raid matchmaking, allow players to lock items in the stash, refine mechanics from Patch 0.15, and transition the game into the autumn season. Additionally, developers plan to improve the game’s technical aspects, including the audio engine, bot behavior, and overall performance.

The year-end wipe with Patch 0.16 will introduce new endgame content, expand several mechanics across various locations, bring winter to the game, and again focus on improving the technical state of the game.

For EFT: Arena, four patches are planned. The updates will include two new locations, a new game mode, mechanics from Patch 0.15 of the main game, the addition of the Molotov cocktail and a new grenade, various improvements, a ranking system for seasons, and a battle pass. The exact release dates for these updates have not been announced.

Patch 0.15 for Escape from Tarkov was released on August 20. It introduced a new boss called Partisan, a hidden karma parameter for PMC and Scavs, tripwire mechanics, a rework of the Factory map, and more.
