The space sandbox No Man’s Sky keeps being one of the best supported games. It has received update 5.50, titled "Worlds Part II", and the scale of all the changes is huge. To mark the occasion, the developers released a trailer showcasing enhanced lighting, new biomes and landscapes, and deep-sea creatures.

  • Developers revamped world generation algorithms. Players can now encounter new mountains, lost valleys, and vast plains.
  • Uncharted locations list has been expanded with a new type of star.
  • Vast gas giants with changing atmospheres are now also part of the game.
  • New natural hazards: toxic clouds, volcanic eruptions, thermal geysers, and radioactive fallout.
  • Another area of interest is the deep-sea oceans. Players can now dive miles deep. Sunlight cannot reach the ocean floor, so only corals will help you. In these conditions, players can expect to encounter mysterious life forms living in truly alien landscapes.
  • Items can now be automatically sorted by different parameters including name, type, value, or even color.

With all that new additions, developers also brought changes to already existing content, such as fishing and marine life. Various bugs have also been fixed—players can find the full change log on the game’s website.
