Remedy is now expanding on initial prototypes to flesh out the full experience. Meanwhile, FBC: Firebreak is seeing continued development with improvements to gameplay systems and a beefed-up QA team. This title is being published internally by Remedy.

Additionally, the studio has grown its publishing branch since reclaiming rights to the Control series. Among its tasks is the adaptation of Control Ultimate Edition for macOS, done with Apple’s support. Ongoing support for Alan Wake 2, in partnership with Epic Games, remains a top priority as Remedy looks to maximize long-term sales.

Earlier statements indicate that Control 2 is targeting a 2027 launch. Future entries in both the Control and Alan Wake universes are expected to arrive in 2029 and 2030, respectively.
