Remedy was arguably the main star of the Xbox Partner Preview presentation. The gaming studio not only presented DLC for Alan Wake 2, but has also unveiled FBC: Firebreak, their first multiplayer project. The main setting of the game is Control (although we know about Remedy Connceted Universe). It is a co-op shooter for trios, and you may think of some similarities to the Space Marine 2.

In FBC: Firebreak, players will take on the roles of fearless agents of the Federal Bureau of Control, tasked with fighting paranormal threats. Judging by the footage, there might be different roles. Remedy emphasized that FBC: Firebreak is neither a DLC nor a sequel to Control. The studio describes the shooter as a game to enjoy with friends, tackling numerous intense cooperative missions.

Although, this is the first step for Remedy when it comes to multiplayer, we know that studio might bring some fresh approach, so it would be interesting to have a look at the project. The game is scheduled for launch in 2025, and those of you who subscribed to Game Pass, won't need to pay extra to get access to it.
