It looks like GSC Game World really loves to drop big changelogs packed with a huge number of fixes in their updates. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl has received a massive 1.2 update, which, according to the developers, has fixed over 1,700 different issues, bugs, and errors.
The update touches on all aspects of the game, including balance, quests, the A-Life 2.0 system, and locations. Some of the most important changes include:
- Significant improvements to NPC behavior. They now interact with corpses differently and loot them accordingly. Many fixes have also been made to NPC shooting mechanics and how they react when they spot a sneaking opponent.
