The dark world of V Rising has expanded with the release of the major 1.1 update, now available for both PC and PlayStation 5. Developed by Stunlock Studios, this patch introduces a host of new free content that enhances the vampire survival experience.

Players can now enter the ominous Oakshade Grove, a deep forest filled with hidden threats and ancient secrets. The update also introduces Castle Arenas, where players can design their own battlegrounds and participate in thrilling duels or team fights.

Among the new gear are three fresh weapon types—claws, dual blades, and throwing knives—complemented by seven brand-new spells, including a powerful ultimate. Alchemy is also getting a boost with new elixirs that enhance both physical and magical prowess.

Other key features include blood homogenizers for more tactical options, weapon reforging mechanics, and a reworked combat system that improves customization and overall control. Players can also enjoy new castle decorations and production upgrades to refine their vampiric domains.
