Universal Pictures has released the first official trailer for Nobody 2, the sequel to the 2021 action thriller starring Bob Odenkirk. Set four years after Hutch Mansellâs violent clash with the Russian mafia, the ex-government assassin finds himself once again dragged into the criminal underworld. Now, heâs forced to repay a $30 million debt by taking out international criminalsâan exhausting task that soon takes a toll on him.
Seeking relief, Hutch brings his familyâincluding his wife, kids, brother, and fatherâto the quiet town of Plummerville for a break. But peace is short-lived. A confrontation with local troublemakers draws him into conflict with Henry, the corrupt amusement park owner, his shady ally Sheriff Abel, and their bossâan unhinged and ruthless criminal named Lendina.
Directed by Timo Tjahjanto (The Night Comes for Us), the film is penned by Derek Kolstad (John Wick), Aaron Rabin (Jack Ryan), Umair Aleem (Kate), and Odenkirk himself. The film is scheduled to premiere on August 15, 2025.
Returning cast members include Connie Nielsen, Christopher Lloyd, Michael Ironside, RZA, and Colin Salmon. New additions to the ensemble include Sharon Stone as the main villain Lendina, with appearances from Colin Hanks and John Ortiz.
