Evgenii "Gufis" Kondratev The Shanghai Major has ended, and it’s time to reward the champions, Team Spirit, not only with the trophy but also with their own Counter-Strike 2 champion stickers — a relatively recent addition that brings in money for the players.
In the latest update, Valve released the Shanghai 2024 Major Champions Capsule. It includes the autographs of all five Team Spirit players, with the stickers available in four different qualities: Paper, Glitter, Holo, and Gold. 50% of the sales from these stickers go directly to the champions, so it's a great opportunity to support your favorite players.

It's worth noting that the donk stickers from the Shanghai Major have already become a big hit, and the player is hugely popular in China. For example, the only Chinese Formula 1 driver, Zhou Guanyu, even wanted to take a selfie with the young player!

In addition to the new capsule, Counter-Strike has received updates such as a new weapon inspection animation, improvements to the Train map, and support for Map Guides in the Steam Workshop. This should make it much easier to learn grenade throws and the best positions on maps.

Finally, the developers showed us the design for the Service Medal 2025. This medal is awarded for reaching level 40 on your account, and the new design will be available starting January 1st.
