The organizers of the BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2023 for CS2 accidentally revealed the tactics and strategies of Cloud9 and Team Vitality during the teams' match in the semi-finals of the tournament. Episodes got onto the live broadcast of the championship.

During the second map of the match after Vitality's round win, the operator showed the reactions of Shahar "flameZ" Shushan and Dan "apEX" Madesclaire. At the same time, "apEX's" notebook with match preparations got into the frame. This has happened before, but only now the shot was taken so close that it was possible to discern what was written in the notebook.

Another incident occurred due to a new feature from BLAST — a special camera on the coaches' headphones. After Cloud9's round win over their opponent on Nuke, the tournament organizers showed the players' reactions from the coach's perspective. At the end of the moment, Konstantin "Groove" Pikiner raised a tablet with tactics and notes for the match. Due to the camera on the headphones, all the material was broadcasted.

The C9 and Vitality match took place on November 25. As a result, Kirill "boombl4" Mikhailov's team lost to the opponents with a score of 1:2 and left the championship.

Despite all this, Team Vitality won the BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2023 in Counter-Strike 2.
