The developers of Dota 2 have announced the release date for the third act of the Crownfall event. This new information appeared in the game client.

Valve will release the next act of Crownfall on "June 39th," which is actually July 9th. In the announcement, the developers played on jokes about "Valve Time" due to the delay compared to the preliminary release date, which was initially set after the release of the second act — the original announcement stated "end of June?"

What the update will include is still unknown. Players speculate that one of the last acts will introduce a new hero, Ringmaster. It's also possible that the developers will release the compendium for The International 2024, but there have been no hints about this so far.

The second act was released on the night of May 23, 2024. It continued the story of Vengeful Spirit in her struggle for the throne against her sister. Besides the comic and lore, the developers also added new items and a treasure chest. Simultaneously, update 7.36 was released, which added new abilities and facets to the heroes.
