Competitive Counter-Strike legend Yegor "markeloff" Markelov stood in for Team Favbet in the ESEA Season 49: Advanced Division CS2 tournament for Europe. He joined the server as an emergency substitution during the decider map against 1WIN after Vladislav "bondik" Nechiporchuk could not continue the match.

Markeloff's last professional match was with FlipSid3 Tactics on June 3, 2018, during the closed qualifiers for the CIS Minor Championship – London 2018. Since then, he has participated in several show matches but did not compete in official tournaments.

Together with markeloff, Favbet emerged victorious in the overtime - 19:15 (the third, decider map was Anubis). Yegor finished scored 13 kills and 11 deaths (and a rating of 0.97).

HLTV awarded Markeloff the title of the best player in 2010. The Ukranian player was considered one of the best snipers in the Counter-Strike 1.6 era. He was a founding member of Natus Vincere and a superstar, but his transition to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive was not successful.
