There aren't many North American players who are more accomplished than EliGE. For more than 10 years, Jonathan stayed loyal to his region and some of the biggest NA victories are associated with him. For example, he won the Intel Grand Slam together with Team Liquid. However, it looks like he is going to Europe to a top team.

EliGE spent 2024 while playing for Complexity, and this was the year of both successes and failures. HLTV placed EliGE at number 19 in their yearly ranking. When they asked EliGE about plans for 2025, he answered the following:

Considering that Complexity owner, Jason Lake, also recently mentioned that he won't keep EliGE from moving to the top EU team, the picture is unconfirmed yet very clear. Europe will have a huge reshuffle with the first big move of Ropz reportedly moving to Team Vitality. That means at least one spot in top teams will be up for grabs.

EliGE is twenty-six years old, he will likely have a couple of more years to play on the professional scene, but the hunger for trophies doesn't leave space for waiting. Let's see where this legend with bizarre liking to default CS2 skins will land.
