The Opening Stage of the Perfect World Shanghai Major is in the books, and now we can bring up the summary. Many people who tried their luck in the Shanghai Major pick'em challenge made two grave mistakes. One is they underestimated FlyQuest. Many people were placing Australians as 0-3, but it is wrong simply because the team is quite strong although it represents weak region. The second mistake is to put the Wildcard in 0-3.

When the Wildcard went 3-0 in the Americas RMR, it was obvious that this team has some x-factors in their game. In the Opening Stage, they prepared a great present for their co-owner Amouranth by qualifying for the Elimination Stage. Wildcard went 3-2 and now clinched a spot in the top 16.
