When famous Counter-Strike streamer OhnePixel announced that he will sponsor a team, most community members did not take the news seriously as they thought this was done for the content purposes only. However, now the Drillas, OhnePixel's team, won the Middle East qualifier and will play in the Asian-Pacific RMR for the Shanghai Major. The stakes keep rising.

Drillas did not have easy competition. In the first round of closed qualifiers they lost to JieJieHao and had to climb up all the way through the lower bracket. Maybe, the factor of Best-of-1 matches was also big, as Drillas went shining in Bo3. Five matches, five wins and only one map lost across these five matches. This is a confident, if not dominant performance.

Now, Drillas will take part in the Asian-Pacific RMR in November. Out of eight teams, three will qualify for the major and receive stickers. While The MongolZ and FlyQuest are the definite favorites, the third spot is well within Drillas' reach. The whole community is hyping up the idea of stickers inside the Counter-Strike game with the face of their favorite streamer (who is also the coach of Drillas).  However, the team and OhnePixel himself will have to work hard during the next three months. But for now, the dream is still alive!
