Team Vitality is the ESL Grand Slam winner

Vitality secured the win at IEM Melbourne with a 3-2 victory over Falcons, clinching the ESL Grand Slam after their previous wins at IEM Cologne 2024, IEM Katowice 2025, and ESL Pro League Season 21. It’s been an amazing season for the team!

On the other hand, Falcons missed out on another title after their victory at PGL Bucharest, where they had ⁠degster⁠ on the AWP. Now with ⁠m0NESY⁠ on the team, they’ll have to wait to claim their next trophy.

The grand final was a back-and-forth affair. While Vitality had some more dominant wins, it all came down to a thrilling final map. The teams fought hard, with huge clutches, smoke defuses, and incredible plays. TeSeS put on a crazy performance, getting over 40 frags, but it wasn’t enough. Vitality took the win 22-20 after an insane third overtime to finish their ESL Grand Slam affair in style.

It is worth noting that the French squad now has a big target on its back. While the Grand Slam is a pleasant prize, everyone wants to become a Major champion. We're a month and half away from the Valve tournament in Austin, and it would be interesting to look at Team Vitality during this period.
