We understand the situation when you can't play the game on console using keyboard and mouse. We understand when racing games might not support some racing wheels. But a PC game without mouse and keyboard support is nonsense. However, this is exactly what happened with No More Heroes 2.

Today, the PC version of the game received a patch with several improvements that players have been requesting since the port’s release back in summer 2021. The action game now features support for keyboard and mouse controls — previously, it only supported gamepads. The developers also added the option to remap controller buttons. No More Heroes 2 has also received an updated layout for most of its mini-games.

The game originally launched way back in 2010 for the Nintendo Wii, and likely would’ve remained a niche title if it hadn’t been ported to the Nintendo Switch and later to PC in the early 2020s. But keyboard and mouse support has only just been added now. It’s a bit of a strange situation — but hey, better late than never.
