Earlier, Hideo Kojima gave flowers to actress Shiori Kutsuna for completing Death Stranding 2.

For Shiori Kutsuna, that's it. I appreciate all of your hard work. She performed motion capture in Los Angeles, 3D scanning, and voice recording in both Japanese and English in a variety of locations despite the challenges posed by the pandemic.

Fantastic work, much obliged! Written by Hideo Kojima. Actress Shiori Kutsuna has reportedly been working on Death Stranding 2 since the fall of 2022.

At the Tokyo Game Show 2024, Hideo Kojima showcased the materials for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. The developer presented a number of two-minute cutscenes in which viewers could see and identify the protagonist's allies.

For example, Tarman is the name of George Miller's character, the captain of the mobile base Magellan, which traverses tar lakes. Dollman, a living doll and former medium who lost his human form, is portrayed by Fatih Akin. As Fragile, Léa Seydoux makes a comeback.

Tomorrow is the name of Elle Fanning's enigmatic character. She was discovered in an unearthly location that resembled the realm of the dead, according to the plot. The original tagline for Death Stranding was, interestingly, "Tomorrow is in your hands."

The characters sing the well-known song "Raindrops Keep Fallin' on My Head," composed by Burt Bacharach and Hal David, and converse with a pregnant woman named Rainy (Shioli Kutsuna) in one cutscene.
