On May 4, 2025, user TigerTheGreat published a link to an early build of the game. According to the source, the version required additional fixes, but now the multiplayer menu has been activated, allowing battles against computer opponents. Apparently, this is a build for closed testing, which was previously accessible through Steam upon request.
Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era is the long-awaited continuation of the legendary series, transporting players to the continent of Jadame in the world of Enroth. The game is being developed by Unfrozen (creators of Iratus: Lord of the Dead). The project includes not only a classic campaign and standalone scenarios but also various multiplayer modes: traditional skirmishes, single-hero battles, and a special arena. Additionally, the game will feature a built-in map editor.
The official Early Access release on Steam is scheduled for Q2 2025. The leak provides an unofficial opportunity to preview the project before its official launch.
