Don't Nod has revealed the first commercial results of its new project - the narrative adventure Lost Records: Bloom and Rage from the creators of the cult classic Life is Strange. According to the quarterly financial report, the launch of pre-orders and sales for the game's two episodes, scheduled for early 2025, has been described as "strong" and fully confirmed the effectiveness of the chosen publishing strategy.
In an official statement, company representatives emphasized:
We're satisfied with the project's commercial performance. The saturated market requires a special approach, and our partnership with Sony has allowed us to achieve the planned targets.
The game has already earned positive reviews for its immersive atmosphere, well-developed characters, and unique visual style reminiscent of Life is Strange's finest moments. However, critics have also noted technical shortcomings - occasional graphical artifacts and sometimes overly abrupt plot twists.
