Beware, players' wallets! The Steam Winter Sale has officially started, and until January 2, a huge variety of games, from AAA titles to small indie gems, have received equally varied discounts. 

With so many options, it can be hard to sort through it all, and not every game makes it onto your wishlist, so we will highlight some of the most interesting deals.

  • First up, there's a 20% discount on Baldur's Gate III. The undisputed Game of the Year 2023 is definitely worth trying if you haven't yet.
  • Next, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II has a 25% discount. The game has been warmly received by the gaming community, and what stands out most about it is the relentless, adrenaline-pumping fun.
  • If you're a fan of the Persona series, the 25% discount on Metaphor: ReFantazio is a compelling reason to make the purchase.
  • Tekken 8 has received a 50% discount—a high-quality fighting game that recently added Clive Rosfield from Final Fantasy XVI. (The base FF16 game also has a 25% discount.) However, Clive will need to be purchased separately.
  • Disco Elysium: The Final Cut has an enormous 75% discount. This highly unique and atmospheric game is one you can play again and again, offering very high replayability!
  • Finally, the Science Adventure visual novel series has received discounts of up to 60% on various games. We particularly recommend STEINS;GATE, the anime adaptation of which is considered one of the best works of all time.
