The developers of the F2P shooter XDefiant have published its system requirements a few days before its release on May 21. The developers specified four computer configurations for different screen resolutions, but did not clarify graphics settings or fps.
The game creators mentioned that it will support DirectX 11 and 12, unlimited frame rates, ultrawide monitors, and NVIDIA Reflex technology.
It should be noted, that usually when it comes to multiplayer games with esports potential (XDefiant has it), developers try their best to lower the system requirements, so more people will be able to play it. Minimal requirement of GeForce 1050Ti, on the one hand, should guarantee decent visuals, but on the other hand, there are still many people who will struggle with low in-game fps.
Preloading for the shooter is already available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, Ubisoft reported. The publisher also released the launch trailer for XDefiant featuring gameplay footage.
Earlier, it was revealed that the company management canceled the free-to-play action game Tom Clancy's The Division Heartland, which had been in development for over three years, to prioritize XDefiant and Rainbow Six.
