The final event of the ARC World Tour is not only a celebration of various fighting games from ARC System Works but also a chance for the developers to showcase exciting new content to their loyal audience.

For Guilty Gear Strive, we got a full gameplay trailer for Venom. Meanwhile, Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising didn’t have such a big announcement, but to be fair, its latest DLC character, Sandalphon, was released less than a month ago. Because of this, the developers instead teased an upcoming character: Galleon.

The teaser trailer is only twenty seconds long, but it gives us a glimpse of her stunning design. Galleon fights alongside a dragon and uses earth magic to defeat her opponents. She is the second of five planned DLC characters for this season, with her release expected this spring.

Another exciting update: ARC System Works has confirmed that Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising will have its own esports circuit next year. The first qualifier will take place at EVO Japan 2025.
