With only one day left until the start of the tournament, Riot Games is putting the hype pedal to the metal. The official song of the event, "Heavy is the crown" by Linkin Park, is now released.

The music video is done in an animated style similar to the Arcane series. However, despite the track's appearance in the show, the main plot of the video revolves around esports players. Superstars of the tier-1 competitive scene, depicted as various champions, battle each other for glory and the number one spot in the world, which currently belongs to T1 and the Unkillable Demon King Faker.

The song itself is the second release from an upcoming album titled "From Zero". Previously, the band announced its comeback after the passing away of its vocalist Chester Bennington, and now we can have a better look at the style of the band.

The tournament for the title of League of Legends world champions starts tomorrow. Eight teams will compete in a Play-In stage until half are eliminated. The four remaining teams will participate in the Swiss Stage, the second part of the tournament.
