The Mid-Season Invitational 2024 keeps delivering an awesome series from the best League of Legends teams in the world. The weekend brought us four series with some unexpected results.

First of all, let's talk about the EU vs. NA rivalry. In the elimination match, Team Liquid (the best LCS team) faced Fnatic (#2 from LEC). This time, the LCS was stronger, as Team Liquid defeated their opponents 3:1. However, this might be the only big success for the NA representative, as they are facing T1 in the second round of the lower bracket.

The South Korean team, led by the one and only Faker, couldn't win against Bilibili Gaming, the strongest LPL team. T1 is having a rough year so far and the team is not stable in its performance.

In the other lower bracket Round 2 match, we have G2 Esports vs. TOP Esports. G2 swept PSG Talon, and that might be a little bit surprising, as the PCS representative showed some great games. TES had an incredibly tense series against Gen.G Esports. We've heard the Silver Scrapes, but the LCK #1 seed was stronger in game five.

Monday is a day off, so the tournament will resume this Tuesday.
