The Holiday break is in full swing, and while Counter-Strike professional players are having a rest and preparing for the intense 2025 season, esports clubs are actively looking for opportunities to build stronger squads.

Some of the news are confirmed, some of the rumours are brewing. It is worth noting that the first significant deadline is December 31, as it is the final date for teams participating in BLAST Bounty Spring to submit their rosters. That's why we expect more announcements in a couple of days.

But let's look at the current confirmed roster moves. Virtus.pro has benched n0rb3r7. The Russian rifler joins Jame on the bench, as the Bears go into a big rebuild. It looks like the management is planning to make Electronic an IGL, and according to rumors, currently one of the high priority targets for VP is FL4MUS, current player of GamerLegion. 

Another club that is currently active is Team Liquid. They benched YEKINDAR, as the Latvian rifler failed to bring his superstar power this year. He definitely needed some changes, but now Team Liquid is also in the search of the fifth player. There are rumors that Team Liquid is in talks with NertZ, yet nothing is confirmed.
