Ubisoft has unexpectedly decided to revive BattleCore Arena — an engaging shooter-platformer released five years ago. In this multiplayer project, players take control of multifunctional spheres, with their primary task being to eliminate their opponents by any available means. The developers have released a teaser for the project and announced an upcoming technical test.
BattleCore Arena is a free-to-play competitive platform shooter where mastering gravity is key to victory.
The technical test for BattleCore Arena will take place from February 1 to February 5, 2024. Interested parties can apply to participate in it on Ubisoft's website.
The original release of BattleCore Arena happened back in 2017. The project was available to players on Steam Early Access and received content updates and various improvements over two years. Now, the project is making a comeback with significant mechanic overhauls and other improvements, which will be detailed closer to the release.
