The author of the YouTube channel Sora AI continues to conduct creative experiments. This time he offers a look at the screen adaptation of the hit CD Projekt RED: familiar characters are presented in images close to the spirit of action movies of the 1980s.

Some CDPR heroes significantly transformed, but in general the images remained recognizable. There are both characters from the main game and Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty add-on.

Significant improvements in DLSS 4 technology, such as the new Vision Transformer model, have led to a noticeable improvement in image quality in super-resolution and ray reconstruction. Furthermore, by generating two or three intermediate frames instead of just one, new frame generation enhances performance. 

The performance of DLSS 4 on the RTX 5080 was tested using an updated version of Cyberpunk 2077. With path tracing enabled, the game was able to reliably deliver over 120 frames per second at 4K resolution thanks to advancements in DLSS 4.
