The developers of LoL have released the official anthem for the 2023 World Championship. The song, titled GODS, was recorded by the female K-pop group NewJeans.

The video features several references to last year's world championship events and the victory of the DRX team. In less than a day, the video garnered six million views and trended on YouTube.

South Korea will host the LoL 2023 World Championship for the second time. The country previously hosted Worlds 2018 matches, with Invictus Gaming emerging as the tournament champions.

The 2023 World Championship will take place from October 10 to November 19 in South Korea. The prize pool for the competition is unknown at the time of publishing. JD Gaming is considered the main favorite for the tournament, according to analysts.
