Finally, Bandai Namco has released the much-anticipated fighting game Tekken 8 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series. Prior to its release, the studio conducted two beta tests of the network mode, so players hoped they wouldn't encounter serious problems. However, according to gamers, online play in the game is not functioning.

Players are constantly facing errors and crashes in ranked matches, reporting issues after every 3–4 matches. However, it is worth noting that Tekken 8 was released just a few hours ago. Therefore, it is hoped that Bandai Namco will be able to resolve these issues in the near future. Nonetheless, it's unforgivable for a fighting game to be completely unplayable in online mode.

It seems that the glitches only occur in online mode. The offline mode appears to be stable. It's also good news that the game's performance is as good as in its demo version.

The developers have acknowledged the problem and stated that they are actively working on resolving it:

We are currently experiencing errors during online matches in Tekken 8, associated with a high concentration of users connecting to match and competition servers.

We are actively working on resolving this issue and will provide an update as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
