Next week, all eyes of the gaming industry will look towards Germany, where the Gamescom 2024 will occur. The event in Cologne is traditionally a big place for game developers to show their games to players in Europe and also to present new information about already announced titles.

Producer Geoff Keighley has unveiled the hype trailer for Opening Night Live. The video features footage from various titles that will be presented on Tuesday. This week, he confirmed at least thirteen different games. There are some heavy hitters like CoD: Black Ops 6 or Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. Also, we have more niche games like the new Dragon Ball Z title.

The show will also include the announcement of the next horror game from the creators of Little Nightmares at Tarsier Studios. There may also be some surprises during the stream. To be honest, we're eagerly waiting for some announcements from Valve regarding Deadlock. While nothing is confirmed, the timing is almost perfect.

However, it's important to note that Hollow Knight: Silksong will not be featured at Opening Night Live, as Keighley specifically mentioned in his social media posts. Gamescom 2024 ONL will be broadcast on August 20.
