Lebedev "Mighty Semchan" Semyon Steamforged Games has announced a tabletop adaptation of the popular shooter Helldivers 2, where players will continue defending Super-Earth from invaders, eradicating Terminids, dying for democracy, and completing perilous missions. The crowdfunding campaign for this project is set to launch in April.

Players will step into the boots of elite soldiers fighting for SuperEarth, facing evolving threats, high-risk missions, and the ever-present danger of friendly fire. Iconic weapons like pistols, machine guns, and flamethrowers will be available, alongside strategic tools such as turrets and airstrikes.

While details about the gameplay are still limited, Steamforged confirmed that players will encounter dynamic threats, unpredictable objectives, and the series’ trademark risk of friendly fire. The tabletop game will feature detailed miniatures, including enemy figures like the Brood Commander, which has already been revealed to the public.
Since its release in February 2024, Helldivers 2 has become PlayStation’s fastest-selling game, selling over 12 million copies in its first 12 weeks. Thanks to its ongoing success and dedicated fanbase, expanding the franchise into the tabletop format feels like a natural progression.
