Netflix has shared new clip from the upcoming Devil May Cry animated series, scheduled to release on April 4, 2025. Revealed during IGN Fan Fest 2025, the trailer showcases the iconic atmosphere, thrilling combat, and Dante's sharp wit.

The plot of the adaptation, like the original games, will focus on a young demon hunter named Dante, who becomes embroiled in the conflict between the human and demon worlds. The young man must save both universes, as their fate is under serious threat. 

Veteran voice actor Johnny Yong Bosch returns as Dante, bringing his experience from portraying Nero in Devil May Cry 4 and 5 From the footage, it's clear that the series will stay true to the games' essence, offering engaging fights, classic characters, and the same enchanting vibe that captivated fans worldwide.

Adi Shankar, known for his work on Castlevania leads the production of this Capcom-based anime. The narrative follows Dante, an unsuspecting demon hunter whose choices could alter the destinies of two realms. Studio Mir, famous for The Legend of Korra and Dota: Dragon's Blood handles the animation.
