Dune: Awakening is offering players one last opportunity to experience the game ahead of its official release in June. The final large-scale beta weekend has officially begun and will run until May 12, giving eager fans several days to dive into its sci-fi universe.

Access to this playtest isn’t fully open, but there are multiple ways to join. Players can request access directly via the game’s Steam page, sign up through the official website, or watch the official Twitch stream on May 11. During the stream, Funcom plans to distribute tens of thousands of keys to viewers.

Dune Awakening Enters Final Beta Phase Before LaunchImage: x.comWhat makes this beta different from previous tests is the absence of a non-disclosure agreement. Participants are free to stream, share gameplay footage, and discuss their experience openly. This gives the broader community a valuable preview of the game's content and mechanics.

Testers will have access to the entire first act, which is estimated to offer around 20 hours of gameplay. This will allow players to explore Dune’s story, mechanics, and systems ahead of release.

Funcom encourages all fans to join the test, share feedback, and help shape the final version of this highly anticipated MMO survival game.
