Wargaming itself made the announcement, releasing a special video teaser:

The early access phase will be a crucial stage in the project's development, giving the gaming community an opportunity to actively participate in the process and share their feedback. The developers plan to regularly update players on the progress of development, as well as share ideas and updates as the early access launch approaches.

Each Hunter available in Steel Hunters boasts a unique playstyle, set of abilities, and progression system. This allows players to experiment with various strategies and tactics to efficiently eliminate opponents and be the first to reach the evacuation point.

The game features characters such as Razorside, Heartbreaker, Fenris, Ursus, Trenchwalker, Prophet, and Weaver. Each of them possesses special skills that make them a formidable force on battlefields like Crimson Ridge, Maryland Heights, and Stonecutter Keep. Players will face off against five other teams, each consisting of duos, and only one team will emerge victorious from the Hunting Grounds.

Early access to Steel Hunters will begin on April 2, 2025, on PC via Steam and the Wargaming Game Center.
