The creators of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 have released a new trailer focused on post-launch support for the shooter. Fans are promised a huge bunch of new content, both in gameplay and in-game skins, and the first batch of the content updates is expected to arrive very soon.

This major update will not cost anything for those who already own the game. The key addition will be a new co-op mission called Termination. Players will return to the planet Kotaku, and developers prepared a new huge boss: a Hierophant bio titan. Additionally, a new difficulty level will be introduced in the PvE mode.

Lethal difficulty will test players' skills against the "most brutal" enemies, likely increasing their damage and aggression. To help with the challenge, players will have access to a new Neo-Volkite pistol. The paid season pass will feature the Dark Angels set with the cosmetic items from one of the most beloved chapters of the series..

In the video, the developers revealed plans for four seasons, covering the first year after the launch. There are not many details, but Focus highlighted a horde mode which is currently in the works. In this mode, players will likely have to survive against waves of countless enemies.
