A YouTuber has become the first to queue for Nintendo's console outside the flagship Nintendo store in New York. His unusual marathon began on April 5 and is being broadcast in daily vlogs on his personal channel.  

Despite the extreme waiting period, the gamer found a lifehack - he stays overnight at a nearby hotel while friends take shifts holding his place during the day. This "rotational" approach maintains comfort without compromising his ambition to become the world's first Switch 2 buyer.

Switch 2 prices will range from $450 to $500 depending on configuration. However, following Trump's new tariffs (25% duty on gaming consoles), analysts predict 15-20% price increases. Nintendo has already frozen US pre-orders, likely revising its pricing strategy.  

Nevertheless, the official Switch 2 release will occur as scheduled on June 5. The company assures that logistics and pricing issues won't affect the sales launch.
