Nick Park, the creator of Wallace and Gromit, decided to discuss the possible future of the franchise. As it turns out, it's firmly molded in plasticine - Park reacted extremely negatively to the idea of doing a Disney-inspired live-action adaptation with real actors.

“Well, that's a pretty simple answer. Noooooo!”, Nick said when asked about the possibility of making a live-action adaptation of ‘Wallace and Gromit’.

The creator of “Wallace and Gromit” is sure that the movies in the franchise will always be animated and made in plasticine style. If you abandon this approach, then the adventures of the characters may cease to be “simple-minded and funny” - this is the definition Park gives to his cartoons.

That said, no one wants “Wallace and Gromit” to stay where it is. In each tape key characters want to develop technologically (for example, using modern tools in the creation of characters) and emotionally. In the upcoming “Vengeance Most Fowl ,” the emotional story of the characters has been made “a little broader.”

The animated film “Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl” will premiere on Netflix on January 3. In anticipation, you can take a look at the atmospheric teaser.
