When we talk about the Silent Hill games, we think not only of horror atmosphere, not only of fog and other visuals, but also about legendary music by Akira Yamaoka. We can see that the Silent Hill 2 remake is receiving big love from developers, and now we can hear it as well.

A preview of the updated Silent Hill 2 soundtrack has been released on the series' official YouTube channel. The preview is 49 minutes long, and Konami has provided timestamps for all tracks there.

The soundtrack to the game is set to be released on November 20. It includes over 90 tracks spread across three discs, featuring new versions of "Theme of Laura," "Promise," and "Love Psalm." Akira Yamaoka revisited his own creations and once again worked on music for the game, seriously expanding the catalog. For comparison, the soundtrack of the 2001 original title contained 30 tracks.

Silent Hill 2 remake will launch on October 8, though owners of the premium editions will get access to the game two days earlier.
